Curb Appeal Pressure Washing
Back in 2002 while working as a chauffeur, I was walking down the wet brick driveway of a large high-end apartment building and slipped. So I expressed my concern to the Building Manager that the senior citizens living there could easily slip and seriously injure themselves. He concurred and said he would reimburse me for purchasing my first pressure washer and that, as long as I maintained their driveway, I could keep the washer.

Soon after, those living in the neighboring mansion noticed the improvements and also hired me to clean their motor court. Next thing you know, one person after another wanted us to come out on a regular basis. By the time I had 15 monthly clients, I realized I was 'in business' and have continued to build it in order to one day pass it along to my son, Evan.

Having grown up in San Francisco, I have a strong interest in helping this be a clean city. And if everyone were to take care of their building's exterior, it would go towards solving a lot of problems in the city - for clean begets clean.
Services
We use the latest state of the art equipment designed to handle the toughest problems, including chewing gum, which requires extremely high pressure and heat.
Our fully equipped truck carries 500 gallons of water, and at 3,000psi, one of the most powerful pressure washers on the market today.
And since we carry our own water, we're truly a mobile service and don't need to hook up to a water line.
This allows us to do smaller jobs at an affordable rate for those storefronts with less square footage.
Not only does Curb Appeal offer better service, they're prices are more reasonable.
What's more is that we implicitly trust each other.
We haven't had a contract in the 10 years we've worked together.
I tell him if he really wants one, he has to write it.
They're also just great guys.
I like Randy and have great respect for Steve.
He's fair and fixes issues.
This isn't rocket science, but you do need somebody who knows how to manage the cleaning of a sidewalk and Steve certainly does.
Our neighbors are always commenting to us that they wish all businesses would be so meticulous.
