When we wash the siding on your home we do not use high-pressure because it can damage your home.
We use a low-pressure soft wash system and detergent with bleach additive.
The bleach additive is necessary to kill all algae, mold, and mildew.
It is100% effective and keeps your home cleaner longer.
We cover plants and flowers when applying the detergent, and rinse them off with plain water after the tarps are removed to protect them from over spray.
Our soft wash system allows us to clean all vinyl, aluminum, stucco, and hardy plank siding from the ground without the use of ladders; so you do not have to worry about anyone falling or getting hurt on the job.

Surface cleaners are round with a spinning bar underneath that wash concrete surfaces clean.
Unlike pressure washing wands, surface cleaners do not leave streaks or marks because the spinning bar on the bottom is fixed at a permanent height cleaning at the same distance always.
This provides for a much better looking job when finished and reduces etching.
We also use surface cleaners to clean Brick, Pavers, and Stone surfaces.
