The team was responsive and reliable. I was able to get scheduled for service quickly and they showed up when they were supposed to. Manuel cleaned the insides and outsides of my two story house windows in one day. He was respectful, safe, and a good communicator. I would recommend this company to others.

Crystal Clear has done our windows several times now and I am never disappointed. Yesterday they showed up on time and cleaned our very messy windows until they sparkled! Jose and crew were professional, courteous and very careful not to damage vegetation, etc. I would highly recommend Crystal Clear Window Wash.

I was looking for a new company to clean my windows. I called Crystal Clear and enjoyed talking to the actual owner to set an appointment time. He was organized and friendly. There is no comparison with a larger, less personally involved company. Having a stranger enter my home can be a little uncomfortable.
But when Jonathan showed up from Crystal Clear he was thoughtful, engaging and went out of his way to make sure every streak was wiped away. He looked at the window after he did each one instead of just moving on. I could tell he took pride in the service he provided. I felt comfortable with him in all areas of my home instead of fearing uneasy.
My windows looked much better after Jonathan had cleaned them than after other window cleaners had been there. I also believe in supporting great personally owned businesses. I highly recommend Crystal Clear.

Jon from Crystal Clear came out right at 8 am as scheduled -first Jon did a walk through so I could describe the screens. The clips are difficult to undo and I wanted Jon to see how they worked so none would be damaged or lost. Jon completely understood. He took care with cleaning the windows inside and out and he even got hard water marks off a window in the shower. He was here close to four hours working meticulously inside and out, removing and replacing several screens and the dividers on some windows upstairs. Far and away a more thorough job than any previous companies I have worked with. I am very pleased and will call on Crystal Clear in the future and ask for Jon!
