Kimbro Renovations was founded in 2007 by Chris Kimbro, a lifelong professional remodeler in Montgomery, Alabama, who wanted to start a remodeling business that would emphasize quality work and attention to even the smallest of details on all of his projects.
It all started in Chris's basement with the phrase "Building to a Higher Standard, " which meant doing quality work on every single job in order to go above and beyond customer expectations.
This philosophy has taken Kimbro Renovations from our humble beginnings in that basement, to one of the top remodeling companies in the River Region, winning the Greater Montgomery Home Builders Association's (GMHBA) Remodeler of the Year Award in 2011, 2015, 2018, 2019, and 2020, along with numerous other awards from the GMHBA and Alabama Remodeling Excellence Awards.
