Cleaning the inside of your gutters is an add-on package to our standard Power Washing packages.

Mold, fungus, and mildew are vegetative growths which are caused by spores in the air.
They thrive in warm, damp, dark poorly ventilated environments such as a shower area in a bathroom.
In order to eliminate mildew you cannot just clean it away.
Instead, you must kill it like a weed on your front lawn.
A disinfectant cleaner with mold and mildew claims will kill these fungi when used according to label directions.
The amount of time on a surface increases the effectiveness of these products.
The least expensive solution to this problem (and more aggressive to surface) is common bleach, as a sanitizer which will kill mold and mildew on contact.

Not all stains or marks will come off, but 90% will and your home will look near new.
Gutters are a whole different job in themselves.
It is best to apply bleach solution and rinsing of gutters anyway as to remove as much grime/mold/mildew as possible, but chances are your gutters will need to be hand scrubbed with a special solution.
Avoid any dripping of solution for it may cause discoloration in siding, shutters, and the likes.

You will need a Power Washer (small) unit - cold water, and extension brush broom, for the tough to get stains, a pump sprayer, an extension ladder, and fold-out ladder.
Spray thoroughly on siding to be cleaned, allow to work through mold, mildew, grime, for at least 10 minutes.
Try to rinse siding at a head on type rinse and not upward forcing water into siding scams and weep holes.
Rinse windows toughly as bleach solution does leave spots.
Have a bucket with warm water and detergent at hand to dip extension brush in for though stains like bird droppings for example.

You will need to rent a hot water pressure washer.
Prep area to be cleaned with a broom or blower to remove all debris.
Any ground plants lying on area need to be held back or protected due to hot water.
There is an array of concrete cleaners on the market, but some suitable cleaners can be purchased at your local Auto Zone.
Be sure to wear protective gear goggles, long pants, and log sleeves gloves, while applying and while pressure washing area with solution.
Also follow mixing instructions on container to your needs.
