Mark showed up on time, explained the process in detail and got the job done within 2 hours. He was very professional and friendly. Did a great job. As clean as the day I had it installed. Dark marks in front of the recliner chair are gone and it is a light beige. No longer have to replace the carpet.

Mark cleaned our carpets yesterday and they look great! He really took his time to clean them. We have 3 young kids and a pet and lots of stains. They were dry fairly quickly after he left. He told us that they were certified green and healthy process. We had previously had them cleaned by Stanley and they look much better after Mark finished, and they were also less expensive. We will call them again the next time they need to be cleaned.

Mark came out yesterday and cleaned the carpet in our three bedrooms. We periodically use the do it yourself type carpet shampooers but it is amazing how much more he was able to pull up out of the carpet. He is very knowledgeable, detail oriented, and personable. Hes more than happy to answer any questions and gave me lots of useful information like how detergent that you use in shampooers leave residue that makes the carpets worse. I am very happy I went with M&M Chem-Dry, and I absolutely feel I get my moneys worth. We will be using you again in the future!

The carpet in our rec. room is over 30 years old. We were going to remove it but it had been glued to the concrete floor. It had also been "blessed" by our dog and even though I had tried DIY treatments on hot humid days you could still smell his blessings. Thankfully, M&M was able to treat the carpet and as you can see from the pictures, it looks brand new! Even over the high traffic area! I would definitely recommend them!

The Owner does a very good job cleaning the carpets. He took longer than we thought but we had a tough job. New puppy in the house and he got most of the stains up and only a few that you can see very faintly.

Made a appointment Saturday and Mark said that they can be here a 9:00 am Monday. They arrived at 9 just like they said, very professional and explained every thing! My carpets are about 11 yrs old and look great once again

I reached out to Mark, scheduled an appointment, and had the appointment within a week's time. He gave me a two hour time frame in which he would arrive. On the day of the appointment, he gave me a call when he was 20 minutes out so that I would exactly when to expect him. When he arrived at my apartment he came in, looked through the apartment and measured it.

He then got his equipment and went straight to work. He was quick and efficient at giving the entire apartment the cleaning it needed. He was also very friendly and informative regarding the Chem Dry processes. If i were staying in the area, I would definitely use his services again, and recommend that others use M&M Chem Dry!

I love when Chem Dry (Mr. Minnich) comes to clean our carpets. They always look new, smell fresh and absolutely beautiful. We have 2 dogs and a cat and I vacuum at least every other day. Mr. Minnich arrived on schedule and completed the work in a very professional manner. Care was taken to protect the furniture and the carpet looked really nice and clean. Special effort may have been necessary to complete the stairs and walk-through area of the living room. They looked great and my wife and I were very satisfied.
