Hired Eric from Nova Clean to clean up after one of our employees moving a customer out of a home that was closing the next day. Eric arranged for a 5am (yes, 5am) cleaning for the next day and in less than 24 hours crisis averted. A week before we closed on our condo we determined we would be keeping the bedroom carpeting instead of replacing it. I called Eric to see if it was possible to work us into his schedule before we moved in the week after we closed. He was very professional and worked us into his schedule the day we needed the carpet cleaned. He showed up on time, was friendly, and was very professional. Our basement carpet was in a sad and desperate state after a year at home 24/7 with three dogs and a kid. Eric from Nova Clean did an amazing and thorough job of bringing our carpet back to life. He isolated allllll the spots where a certain doggo has been having accidents and treated them with a special cleaner. He was also super polite and professional, a pleasure to work with. Our carpet looks (and smells!) like new, and I love that it wasn't soaking wet for two days like when you have a steam cleaning. I highly recommend Nova Clean!
