What a delightful experience. The technician(I've forgotten his name) showed up on time, set up quickly, asked questions, and got to work. And he had his work cut out for him. 20+ year old carpets along with 2 pets and a husband that can't remember to wipe his shoes has left some hideous heavy traffic areas. And they're gone. Even some oil/paint stains caused by the rocker mechanism in an old recliner chair is gone.
The rooms were slightly damp for a few hours, but not damp enough to make my socks wet. Everything looks great. The tech was really good at his job, answered questions, and left the place spotless. All of this. AND.a good price. I will be using them again.

Brett was great to work with. Responsive and worked around my schedule as best he could. In purchased a second hand sectional off of Facebook marketplace and I wanted to make sure it was cleaned and sanitized before using it, and chemdry did a great job. Last night our lab got into hot cocoa packets and opened them on our new carpet. I contacted Metro Chem-Dry and they responded very quickly and even fit me into their schedule on the same day. Brett and Shawn were very polite, professional and very knowledgeable.accessed the situation and started to work on the stain removal immediately.they did a FANTASTIC job and I even had them do the entire room and a few large area rugs. I am so pleased that they were able to save my new carpet and that I have found my Forver Carpet Cleaning Service!

Metro Chem-Dry is the only carpet cleaning service that I use. They have been coming to my home for at least 10 years if not more. They make my carpet look like new and are able to get the tough stains out. Their small crew is very professional and experienced. I know I will get my money's worth when they come out to my house. Would recommend to everyone!
