Amazing results on my area rug, bedrooms, and kitchen granite. I appreciate the plastic under the area rug- I didnt have to worry about damaging my wood floors. The kitchen granite was cleaned and buffed, which resulted in a nice shine. I have two labs, so we added the citrus deodorizer where they lay the most, which lightly smells like fruit loops.

Its not overpowering at all. I also appreciate how easy it is to reach a person, which is a BIG plus. So easy to schedule and reasonably priced. This was my third service and Im always pleased!

I didnt realize just how horrid my carpet was until Josh and Aiden cleaned them! My house now smells amazing and they got rid of every spot. My carpets are revived to new! They are my go to now they do fantastic work. They also got me in same day which is unheard of how convenient. 1000 stars

Dave and Josh stopped by to help me with office carpet. I have a cat with a health issue that urinated on my carpet. They used a black light to identify the trouble spots, and treated those areas specifically. Also, we noticed our hallway carpet also had some stains. They treated everything and the office and hallway carpets look and smell amazing. Cannot thank them enough.

I had Stanley Steamet come out to deep clean my kitchen tile. The floor was wet when they left and once it dried it looked dirtier than before! It hard large dark steaks in it. I called Bay Breeze Chem Dry out to fix it and they did a phenomenal job! My floor is so bright and clean. They also sealed the grout and it cost less than when Stanley did it. They also dried the floors before they left so I could see the finished product before the left. I will never use Stanley again.

We have light colored carpets, that we have not had professionally cleaned in more than two years. The Chem-Dry process made them look like they are nearly new. I was impressed with Matt's attention to details, and I appreciate the tips he gave me on stain removal and maintenance. This is the second time I have used Bay Breeze, there will be a third!

One of the best home service experiences Ive ever had. Bryan and Dylan were prompt, friendly and extremely professionally. They were very patient with us as we moved baby toys during the cleaning. They were very efficient and did a wonderful job. My carpets and upholstery look brand new! We will definitely use this company again!

They did a good job; they were on time and polite. The cost was upfront and reasonably priced. I would recommend them and will use them again. I used their competitors in a previous year and only did 1st and 2nd floor. This year, I did all the carpets from the 3rd floor to the 1st floor and it turned out way better when compared to their competitors. See picture below and compare the carpet with the runner as to how it cleaned up.

Amazing company and impeccable service. My experience was great from beginning to end. It started with my first telephone call to Bay Breeze to schedule an appointment. Rita answered the telephone and was attentive from beginning to end. She made sure all of my needs were covered. They called me 30 minutes before the appointment and arrived exactly on time as they quoted. Matt arrived and greeted me with a smile and was so professional personable.

I was moving out of a rental house into a new construction home, and was required to have the carpets cleaned when moving out of the rental house. Bay Breeze did a great job for a reasonable price! I had quotes from 3 companies and Bay Breeze was the lowest. They were pleasant to deal with in all respects, both over the phone as well as the 2 fellows who did the cleaning.

I had to change the dates/times of my cleaning 5 times because the new house completion kept being delayed, and Bay Breeze was very flexible. They are veteran friendly! Use their services!
