Great guys that really get the job done. Darren and Omar are fantastic at taking care of the customer. I have used them a few times, and it seems to get better every time. When something does come up, it is handled professionally and quickly. What's really nice, is that they are budget friendly so they give you a solid estimate to make things easier. They will make recommendations but ultimately it is up to you. If you are looking to get your carpets cleaned, this would be a place that I would highly recommended.

Omar helped us restore some very very smelly, cigarette smoke-infused persian rugs recently. He collected them from us, worked carefully and diligently to clean them, made sure to keep us informed when issues arose (pet urine stains p.u.), and returned them to us neatly rolled and ready to display. Darren arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and left the carpet looking better than I thought it could after the pet messes it had seen. I cannot begin to explain how impressed with Chem Dry. I emailed at 2:03 asking for an appt, and at 2:08 I had a text confirming an appt for the next day. I was overwhelmed when I came home to find my dog had got on the counter and stained our carpets REALLY bad right before the holidays. They arrived in time, treated the carpet and it looks brand new! This is the 4th time Ive used them and theyve always been professional and efficient.

Darren was.early. When is a contractor early?! He was professional, pleasant, got right on task for which I was grateful as I had a lot of painting to do after carpets dried. Carpets dried in 2 hours so I got an earlier than I estimated start on painting. He called me 20 minutes out from arriving at the condo. Even helped my husband lug up a bed in a box up a flight of stairs to boot! Wonderful business!

Jordan was profesional, called ahead to inform was on his way, took his time, informed us of all the programs and deals the company offers, great deals, didnt push any upgrades on me or my wife, let us chose what we were looking for. 3 bedrooms, living room and office for under $500. Motor oil tracked through upstairs and other stains. They got them out and applied a special protectant/sealer to prevent future issues. I have used them twice since 2016 and have nothing but great thing to say about them. The only stain not able to be removed either time was red kool aid (but nothing gets out red dye).

This company and all of its employees are amazing! I have worked with this company exclusively since they came to the Tri-Cities area. As a realtor, I have many opportunities to refer them to both buyers and sellers and I do so on every occasion possible. Chem dry cleaned a recliner i had gave up on so well it looks like new! my carpets are great i clean them every year. if you dont clean your carpet every year and wait 3-5 years between cleanings its your fault for not taking care of them if they cant get them done like new they are not magicians! the men are professional and on time if you have a emergency they will get you in asap! i highly recomend them! also no harsh chemicals for pets! thank you chem dry! omar, jordan, wyatt and evan you rock!

Had our carpets cleaned from Chem-Dry a few weeks ago and they turned out great! It is a commercial account and some of the stains in the carpet were oil based and using his residue dryer and cleaning pads he was able to lift all the stains that were of concern. We did have a couple small stains that did come back that were really bad prior.so I gave him a call and he made an appointment right away came in and touched up the areas that needed to be touched up. He is very respectful and professional and most of all on time! I would recommend Chem-Dry to anybody that needs their carpets cleaned.
