East side Chem Dry cleaned a long fiber shaggy type rug that had pet urine smell. The rug was totally cleaned and anything that was squirreled into the long fiber rug were extracted. Best of all, the horrible smell is gone. Process took around a week. Service was excellent! Definitely recommend Services Pet stain and odour removal, Area rug cleaning
