Mike is amazing! We had another company scheduled to clean the carpet throughout our house, but when they arrived, they were rude and unprofessional, and attempted to charge us $100 more than the original quote. I told them to leave and found Mikes Chem-Dry in a Google search and Im so glad I did. Mike came out the same day for an evaluation and quote, then came back just two days later and did a phenomenal job on the carpet. I cannot recommend him enough. Call him today!

When I say amazing service, I mean amazing service. This is my 2nd time using them and I will continue. My sons carpet looked like it needed to be replaced it was so bad. Got all carpet clean and my sons carpet looks brand new so does mine and my daughter. Just had to leave a review because people will post negative but not the positive. I give you guys 10

My experience with Michael Biggs and Chem Dry of the Port City was professional and he was knowledgeable in products used. He was conscious in making sure my dog was not harmed or scared while he cleaned the carpet.
