Because we were moving in, we needed a company who could clean our carpets immediately for a fair cost. Even though Tracey had to rearrange their schedule, Meeks ChemDry was there on the spot. Our technician was friendly and knowledgeable, as well as meticulous in getting our rugs clean. He worked around some unexpected problems to complete the job, and for that I am very thankful. They did a great job. I especially love how great my technician was at setting expectations. How long it will take to dry, expected results, both good and bad, how long the citrus smell (if selected) might linger etc. He addressed anything that might inconvenience, or irritate a customer up front before treatment. Loved how thorough he was.

Very professional, correct anything that you may have quickly. I would recommend them highly. I moved into my house in 1973 and I only use them. Had my tile floors cleaned and the grout sealed. I was shocked at how beautifully they turned out. They have never looked this good! Carpets look great, too. Everything dried so fast we were able to walk on them almost right away. Keith is extremely responsive and professional. BTW, the website said they wear masks in your home, but they came to the door without masks and I had to do some convincing to have them wear masks for us. Would still hire them again!

David was super friendly, efficient, and did a superb job. His full hour of work on the Master Bedroom carpeting left it looking clean, nearly new and smelling freshand perhaps best of all, theres absolutely no trace of the bedside, dark pet stains that we wanted removed. Beautiful! I cannot recommend this guy or his company, Meeks Family Chem Dry, highly enough. If you want to hire the best, call them. Five stars and two thumbs up!

When we moved into our place, we weren't real impressed with the carpet. We knew it had been cleaned, but if that was as clean as it got, then maybe we need to change it. But we asked another company to clean it again, and we just sighed and thought about new carpet. A few years later (we don't decide quickly) we had company coming and contacted Chem-Dry.
The difference was dramatic. The edges near the wall looked better than they ever have. This last experience was our second one, and it wasn't a fluke. Again, our carpets look so clean. They don't take a long time. Drying time was a bit longer than we expected, but it was a humid day. (Who can predict Texas weather in January?)

We had our carpets cleaned. The gentleman was so professional. He came on time. He spent a lot of time preparing the carpets before cleaning. The carpets look great. What I liked was how highly he spoke of the company he worked for. We have mostly beautiful hardwood floors. He said he expected Meeks Chem Dry to start to clean hardwoods in the near future.
He felt they would do a great job since this is how they did everything. I hope they let me know when we can get the hardwoods cleaned also. He was well versed on the importance to health of keeping carpets cleaned every six months or so. I was impressed.
