Marc and his team were amazing to work with. They took a catastrophic situation and made it manageable for us. They arrived quickly and had us drying out within the hour. I cant say enough about their professionalism and friendliness. Hopefully Ill never have to go through something like this again but if I did, I wouldnt hesitate to call them again. Thanks Marc!

Mark and his team were so awesome. We've never had to deal with something like this and they made the process seamless. They helped us through the whole process and guided us to what we should do next. You could feel a genuine consideration for us and what we were going through and we are so grateful that they made this as easy as it could have been for us under the circumstances.

1-800 Water Damage of Northern Utah should be the model for all other contractors to use. Its not a common thing to have that level of professionalism from the coordinator that schedules everything to the technicians that are dispatched to perform the work. Its no fun to have a flood in your home, fortunately there is a company that makes part of the process a lot less painful. Hopefully the rebuild goes as smoothly as the demo and clean up part did.
