Our carpet was 20 plus years old and we do cat rescue so we have had many cats over the years and still have a lot. It looks like we have new carpets now, Im not exaggerating. We have used chem dry for our rental property as well and had excellent service there too. I would recommend using CHEM DRY.

ChemDry transformed our carpets! We have two puppies and they made it look brand new! Andrew came out and he and a colleague were finished probably in under an hour and a half and they were dry shortly after. I highly recommend well worth it! SO much easier than having soaking wet carpets from steam cleaning! Thank you guys! Great customer service!

Andrew & Krystal are wonderful people! Krystal is the lady answering phone calls, the estimates & schedules the appointment. Andrew is the gentleman who came to our house to clean or couch, recliner & our braided wool area rug. We had both sides of the rug cleaned & stain protection applied on both sides as well as the couch & recliner. Our wool rug is stretched out some dining room chairs to help dry both sides at the same time. Andrew & Sam did a very professional job! We will use Chem Dry for all our future cleaning of carpets & furniture.

I was able to get an appointment promptly for whole house carpet and wood floor cleaning, which fit easily into my fall deep cleaning plan. Notifications were timely, including a text when the team was 20 minutes out. The team did a great job, especially cleaning up residual dog urine messes. The pricing was reasonable. Id work with them again.

I couldn't be happier with the quality of service from Chem-Dry of Knoxville this Holiday Season! They did such a good job on my carpets and rugs that I scheduled them to come back and do all the tile throughout the house before Christmas. My kitchen floor now looks brand new! I already put myself on the calendar for 2024 so I will beat the rush on sprucing up the house for the holidays next year. Thanks so much to Andrew and his Crews for a job well done!

Andrew called a half hour before arriving to say he was on his way. He measured all the carpeting he would clean and gave me the price before he started, figuring the best deal he could give us. He and his partner did an excellent job of cleaning and the process allowed the carpets to dry within 3 hours. Highly recommended.
