These guys are amazing. Darren Kilroy and his crew where super knowledgeable and understanding. They helped us through every step of the process and even helped us with other companies for packing and insurance. In some of my worst days they were calm and had a great work ethic. My husband and I came home from a 5-day vacation to one of those homeowner nightmares a water leak in our finished basement, where the source of the leak was not obvious. We found 1800WaterDamage via the recommendation from the emergency plumbing service we used. It was because of 1800WaterDamage that the source of the leak was detected, as drywall had to first be removed. 1800WaterDamage representatives, including Josh (one of the owners), Justin (Manager), and Alex (Lead Technician) came to our house immediately.

The extent of the water leak required that our hardwood flooring, baseboards, drywall, and cabinetry had to be removed. The project was overseen by Alex; he and his crew, Robert and Dom, did an outstanding job throughout the process. Highly professional crew responded to sewer drain back-up in fully finished basement. They extracted water, placed powerful drying fans/dehumidifiers, then removed and hauled away effected carpet, kitchen cabinets, baseboards and 2' of drywall from the floor. Excellent communication and they sent a Construction Coordinator to write up the rebuild/restore work to be done.

The plumber came and fixed the pipe and referred me to Fred Arthur. Fred worked with the insurance adjuster making sure all bases were covered within the limits of my policy. Fred worked with me to determine what outcome I wanted. his crew showed up and were hard working and supportive, doing way more work than they were required, above and beyond anything that was expected.

Being 64 yo, disabled, female with my 80 yo brother to take care of, I was not expected to lift a finger. It was a traumatizing, overwhelming situation for us to be displaced during the extremely cold and icy period.
