As always, I've had another great experience with Chem Dry. Ryan spent the morning with me doing my carpets, couch and love seat. I have pets and everything was in pretty bad shape. It's amazing the difference now that it's done! I did the pet treatment and deodorizer, it looks and smells great! Ryan was awesome, very polite and he went above and beyond to make sure I would be happy with the results. I'm a very happy customer!

The gentlemen that came to clean all my carpets were on time and informative about the service they were about to perform In detail! They were efficient, courteous And answered any questions I might've had For example, how long do I have to wait before I can walk on the carpets, etc. When the carpets were dry, I was amazed at how clean they looked and the rooms smelled clean also I would recommend Chem Dry to anyone looking for a top service Company!

The service is great! I took off one star because of how they price. I had two bedrooms cleaned that were very small and beds were taking up most of the room. It was only a small walk area to be cleaned and they still charged me as it were a full bedroom. I was hoping they could count the two rooms as one.

The gentleman from ChemDry were very professional. They telephoned me to let me know when they would arrive at my house. Upon arrival, they introduced themselves, then inspected the carpeting to be cleaned. I was given choices on which cleaning package that I wanted. The whole job was done in just about an hour. The carpeting looks brand new and smells great. We could not be happier.

I have used Chem-Dry of Buffalo for many years and would never consider using any other company. My carpets always turn out beautifully and dry in just a few hours. The cleaning team is knowledgeable and professional. Also, everyone has always been very pleasant to interact with. My most recent cleaning last Friday went as expected. Yesterday, I had my carpet and upholstery cleaned. The techs were timely and wonderful. I was concerned about cleaning the couch because it's damask, and the tech assured me that it could be done. He explained the process and then went right to work. My furniture is over 20 years old and now looks practically new. The carpet is clean, bright and looks positively amazing. The techs were finished in under two hours, and everything was dry in 6 hrs. I recommend Chem Dry for quality service and excellence in results.

Ben & Paul from Chem-Dry did a great job cleaning our carpets & my husband's recliner. They even greatly lightened a couple of small stains from previous years (life happens!). We've had Chem-Dry cleaning our carpets, for about 4 years, and we have NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED. They do such a phenomenal job, and they do a great job at removing stains. The last guy we had here, in October, was so polite and professional.very personable. We asked him if we could ask for him, specifically, in the Spring. Our carpets look beautiful.
