I just got my carpet cleaned and now it looks really clean and dry. Very professional got everything checked out before cleaning and after cleaning had explained about what we have to watch out for about the carpet and had given us a solution that would removes spots right after we get something on it.

Used Chem Dry for first time today to clean carpets and upholstery. Tony was fantastic by explaining the process, provided such courteous and professional service and was very friendly. I had a new recliner given to me and it had cigarette smoke so I looked for a 5 Star cleaner and they came and was Outstanding explaining why and what they were doing and plan on them coming back and doing my rug. I also will ask for the same technician Joe! Excellent!

Arrived on time. Walked me through what he would do, pointed out areas of my carpet that might be stained. Completed cleaning of 2 bedrooms, a sitting room, and a flight of 13 stairs in about an hour and a half. I would recommend Welch Chem-dry for carpet cleaning!

Brendan reviewed the areas to be cleaned for size and price adjustments to the quote for our whole house carpet cleaning and we opted for adding carpet protectant to select high traffic areas plus some spot treatment for pet accidents. Our 40+ year old Karistan carpets look like new. Also added 2 area rugs in the kitchen. Very thorough and professional. Would highly recommend!

We just purchased a 23 year old RV and wanted to have a professional cleaning performed due to easily visible stains, carpet coloring, ground in dirt, stains and upholstery cleaning as well. I cannot say enough for the work Brendan performed. He really did an excellent job. The difference between before and after was amazing. The previous musty odor is now gone and he completed by applying a protectant so hopefully this help in maintaining all aspects.

The only problem is now that everything is clean and looking so good we do not want to walk or sit down. All kidding aside. There is a cost associated however I am certain that if you see what he did verses what there was that there is no way I would have come close to accomplishing what he did and most certainly not at the quality. For us combined with the time saved and the awesome results this simply was worth it.

I am extremely satisfied with the carpet cleaning I had done from Chem-Dry. Zach was AMAZING! He was so polite, nice and very genuine. I had a terrible area of carpet that my cat used as a litterbox. Zach cleaned it up beautifully and it smelled so fresh and clean! He was done so quickly, too. He really went the extra mile! I was very impressed with his work! I had Welch Chem-Dry clean my carpets in November 2014. They came out fabulous. I have light tan carpet throughout the house which is difficult to keep clean. After they came through, the carpets looked like they were brand new! I am looking forward to having them clean them again this year. It's long overdue but I know I can trust the results.
