Tanner was so great! Very friendly, communicative, and quick! When we got back it looked awesome, stains we've been trying to get out ourselves were gone and it dried pretty quick! 10/10 would use again!

York came to clean our carpets when appointed to do so. He was prompt and friendly. The carpets dried in two hours like he said and the tile looks brand new! We decided not to purchase the deodorizer and it ended up costing exactly what was quoted. I would definitely use this company for carpet cleaning again! I loved our tech Levi. He was so kind and knowledgeable and transparent on our needs and weighing the cost-benefit ratio for our specific house. He was very thorough and ran through after care with us to achieve the highest results. The cleaner/deodorizer can have a strong smell, and one of our carpets was left feeling a little oily, but I'm hoping it will subside with vacuuming and with time.

Appointment was within the designated time. Done in timely fashion. Carpet cleanliness was good with the accepting of one spot the servicer stated he couldn't get out. P.U.R.T. treatment done to get rid of pet accident smell, unfortunately did not appear to work as Carpet still smells of pee. Overall, appreciate the work done and the attempt to rectify my animals poor health and having accidents on the carpet.

Levi came to the house at the time he said he would. Explained the process very well. He inspected the area with smell carefully and found several spots. The price he quoted was reasonable. The carpet was clean and smell free after he is done. The carpet also dried in hours not days. Will use them again.

Levi was very prompt! I had forgotten about the appointment and he texted me with enough time to make sure everything was ready. We were getting my in laws couches and carpets cleaned because we lived with them for awhile and our daughter wrecked everything. Some stains wouldn't come out, which we sorta suspected would be the case and is no fault of Levi and he was kind enough to discount it! Highly recommend

The job was for 3 rooms and 2 staircases. Work took about 2.5 hours and it was done perfectly. Braden was very knowledgeable and gave us step by step explanations on how to extend utility of our carpets.

Braden was on time and very efficient. He quickly and quietly went about his work. He was faced with a beige carpet that had 6-7 years of pets and kids wear on it. I told hime we just needed a clean prior to selling but I didn't expect a miracle. The carpet came out looking almost new! Bravo Braden!

Great job by York. My dog had been sick creating a large stain and smell. He got that cleaned up back to normal. The rest of the house he cleaned looks better than after other types of cleaning.

Grant texted prior to coming. He showed up on time, and worked hard the whole time he was here. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. The carpets turned out beautifully and everything was as promised and represented. I would highly recommend Chem Dry.

My toddler drew on my very light carpet in red and orange oil pastel crayons. I wasn't sure there was any hope, but Grant worked for a long time and was able to lighten it until it can hardly be seen at all. He said it was the most stubborn stain he's seen, but he was able to save our carpet! I would definitely recommend him.
