Recommended! Dustin and crew did an outstanding job on a 6 car driveway and front walkway that looked like it hadn't been cleaned since the house was built in 90. I will easily use his service for additional work in the very near future and refer this company any chance I get!

I could not believe the difference in my house after Summit Wash Pros power washed it. It looked like a different house! Dustin was very professional. I was glad to know they had an eco friendly wash they used and it's a local Lee's Summit, MO company. Dustin was quick yet thorough and even sent before and after pictures! He was so nice and helpful in explaining all he would be doing. All of the dirt, black mold, spider webs, and even a dead bat were removed and the house looks wonderful. I will use them again for sure!

Great Company and Service. Had house wash and driveway cleaning done. He did soft wash on the house and surface cleaning and spot cleaning on the driveway. While this is fairly standard in the business, Dustin and Summit Wash Pros' professionalism, customer service and quality of work impressed me. He provided me a free estimate and was able to get me scheduled quickly.

He was right on time as scheduled and didn't take him long. Cleaned my siding and got rid of years of dirt and algae and mold. Driveway and steps were cleaned and cleared of years of mold and dirt. Amazing difference! I will definitely be using this company on a routine basis going forward every couple of years and recommend them for anyone looking for house wash and or driveway cleaning.

Dustin at Summit Wash Pros did an amazing job cleaning our roof, house, and concrete patio. There were stains and growth on our tile roof that were so bad I thought we would have to replace the roof, but after they were washed it looked brand new. Same for our house we were considering painting but after it was washed it looked as if it had just been painted.

Summit Wash Pros are very professional, quick to respond and had good communication. I highly recommend them to anyone and plan on having them do work on some of our other properties.

Was researching online several residential power washing companies. Came upon Summit Wash Pros out of Lee's Summit, MO. Dustin responding the next morning with an estimate. We scheduled a few days later and we are very thrilled with the results he achieved. The white areas of our home looked whiter than they have ever been. We had power sprayed our home prior to this a couple years ago and our job didn't even compare to what Dustin was able to do.

The siding looks like it did the day we had it installed. He was very professional in his job. The estimate was reasonable and fair. Will definitely call them again in the future.
